Last time I looked, Verizon had the all-touch-screen Torch, but I see it's not there anymore. If you mean the portrait slider, I agree wholeheartedly ... I would LOVE that device!
The rumor is that in 2013, after RIM releases the first two BlackBerry 10 models, later in the year there may be a slider. But no one knows for sure.
