About 8pm I did a quick pull reboot on my storm 9530, it is now past 1 am and its still rebooting. Just keeps looping thru the start up process, red light, white screen for about 5+ minutes, then some very small icon and maybe words that I've never seen before. It then goes black and starts all over again.
If you still haven"t been able to get the phone to start up please bring it into a store.
