I received a notification that the 10.1 update was available for my Z10. I clicked the option to install the update but received a message saying that I have the most current version. I do not! I have 10.0.9.422. I then tried to update via Blackberry Link. It too showed the update was available but when I went to install it later, the update was gone. On the Crackberry forum, several other Verizon users are experiencing the same thing. How can we "re-set" the phone to get the update? Thanks

Yesterday afternoon, i checked to see if they had updated to 10.1. I had not recieved any prior notification, but when I checked it said that 10.1 was available. I immediately downloaded and installed it...successfully.
Now FINALLY, with Blackberry Link v1.1.1.26 and Finally the Z10 OS v10.1, Two way Sync with Qutlook Finally Works!!!!!!!
It has taken this long ...9 months since the release of the z10, to finally get the capabilities restored that we had on our prior Blackberry devices.

I just read on the Crackberry forum that Verizon pulled the update. Thanks for nothing... Least they could have done was made some sort of notification so I, and others I am sure, are not trying to computers and phones that aren't broke...

Now the update has appeared back on both Link and the Z10. Installing via Link now...
