So i hooked up my Tour to Desktop Manager and it told me that I had software updates available. Went ahead and clicked okay and it looks like it installed 5.0 on my Tour. Could this be right or am I seeing things?

The latest official upgrade for the Tour is 4.7.1.61. If you have a 5.0 update it was installed from a leaked release. Blackberry Desktop Manager will install only the OS upgrades that the user installs to the Manager software itself. You can check which version you are running on your Tour by going to Options>About on your device.
