Forgive me if this has been asked/answered already - I've tried searching the Board but well...my Search-Fu is not strong. I've Googled the 8330 and GPS and from some older (I think 2008 maybe) information it sounds like previously VZN did not block the GPS on these phones but, now they do, and I get that. My question is really more of a why does VZN block 3rd party applications from using the GPS on this phone but not some of the other VZN Blackberry devices? It sounds like it works on an 8530 and a 96xx - something-or-other?
I was just curious....
