I have an 8830 World Edition and just bought the Bose mobile in-ear headset. I can't get the Answer/End Button to work. Has anyone figured out how to make this work?

Fitzwilly, I use them also and I assume you do know to squeeze the right lines small black box (there is a black LOGO box on the left cord that does nothing). If you don't have this rectangle small box, then you got the wrong pair. If you have all this and done this, and it still doesn't work be sure headphone settings are set to on. In my Storm, it is under Options Icon (gear wrench) scroll down to Enhanced Audio,and I have the following settings: Auto Vol. Control (Enabled), Phone Call Audio (Normal), and Headset Call Audio (Normal). If you have the right headset and have set these settings and it still doesn't work I would say call VZW, BB Tech Support. By the way if you are listening to Music like Pandora it auto interrupts the music to let you talk on the phone and the Mic works great. If this fixes your problem please give me a Kudo.

I have the 8830 World Edition and I can't seem to find Enhanced Audio Options. If it's there it 's well hidden. If anyone out there has gotten the Answer/End Button on the Bose Mobile In-Ear with the 8830 World Edition, please weigh in.
