Why is it we cannot get a fix for this issue?
I know I am not an isolated case because I have seen hundreds of post on multiple Blackberry device forums.
I am on my 2nd replacement handset, and am not looking forward to having to set up another device when this one has to go back. (time is money!)
I really think Verizon should offer us some kind of compensation for the inconvenience these defective handsets are causing.
