I have a couple problems and I figured since im a long time Verizon customer I should come here for some help.
The first problem I have is a rhapsody problem.
Rhapsody problem 1. everytime i download a song from rhapsody it wont play unless i delete it and sync it from my computer.
Rhapsody problem 2. ever since the rhapsody upgrade its no longer works rite it always displays the multitap keybaord and when you hide the keyboard it goes to a little square in the middle of a blue screen but u cant search or anything like that or if you bring the keyboard back up iy still wont work.
Now the other problem that i have is i cant seem to load any movies to the phone either no matter what format i try.
so if there is any kind of help that anybody could possibly help me out with would be greatly appreciated. thank you look forward to hearing from you.
