a girlfriend sent me a message last night with a pic of Jake Gyllenhall and a mp3 file. I opened both. Now every time I get a text message or end a phone call, the mp3 file plays. I deleted the text and file, and there is no difference. HELP!
This is an issue that came up with the Tour MONTHS ago - what version of the OS are you using?
Here's the fix that StreetDocRN posted at the time (April 2010):
"The only fix is to find the MMS file and delete it. You would have to connect your device to Blackberry Desktop Manager and go into Backup and Restore, Click on Advanced and find MMS messages and delete those messages. Once that is done, disconnect from BDM and pull the battery and allow the device to reboot. After that, just make sure you do not open or save any MMS messages with sound files attached."
