Accessing Backed Up Calendar, etc.

I have backed up my calendar, contacts etc. and now need to access the calendar to retrieve my mileage for tax purposes.  I note my mileage on my calendar everyday.

I cannot find a way to look at, print my calendar.  On my old TREO I could manipulate any/all stored info on a desktop application to use as needed.

I am a novice when it comes to this kind of stuff. Help!
