Activation Issues!!!

I have a dilemma.

I tried to switch the phone number from my blackberry curve to my blackberry storm and for some reason it didn't work and now I have both phone numbers on my blackberry curve and it wont let me do anything. I have no idea how I managed to do this. 

Another thing. When I try to switch one of the numbers back to the storm(phone without any number) the MyVerizon thing tells me that its unable to perform this action and that I should try later. how long is later because I've been trying to fix this problem for an hour now. Can somebody help me please!!!!!!!

If you can, call from another phone other than the two that are giving you problems, to customer service.  They can straighten out your problem.  Call (800) 922-0204
