When I went to add new music i downloaded today to my storm 2 I was unable to do so. Usually windows prompts me that the device has been recognized but to today (first time I have tried since the update) it considers the phone removeable disk space and I am unable to put the music on there now. How do I get it back so I can add my music again?

Hi Sam,
Welcome to the forums. First, check your device's Options> Memory and make sure you have Mass Storage Support as On and Auto Enable Mass Storage Mode When Connected marked Prompt. Be sure to save. Sometimes this setting gets turned off after an upgrade. Also, you can try a battery pull and reboot your computer.
