Advanced Settings - Email Server not available on my wife's 8330

My phone (an 8330) allowed me to see and change my Email Server address to incoming.verizon.net.  My wife's phone (also an 8330) has no Advanced Settings button when I try and edit her verizon.net email address.  Why is that?

Is this a new phone?  Have you tried to also go to BIS to setup/edit the email account?  You can go to it at https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=vzw&locale=en

Not a new phone.  My wife and I have had the phones for several months.  But Verizon just recently ended thier "Yahoo" emails, so now we have to use Verizon.net.
