After updating Verizon VZ Manager and updating Blackberry Manager my Storm2 Phone will not

Attention:

Having done the upgrade as above my Storm2 phone will no longer sync and not remitt as a modem when plugged into my laptop.  Cannot get on line.  Use to work fine with the older software and the discs.  No Modem reactions.  Any suggestions?
