After reading all the horror stories, I have held off on doing the upgrade. Anyone actually do the upgrade without issues?? What is the pros to doing the upgrade anyhow??
I updated this morning. Received an email from Verizon that the update was available, downloaded it and installed. The install went smooth and so far the phone and all the apps are working fine. Even so, it may be too soon to praise the upgrade, it will take more time than a few hours to see just how well this version runs. Ask again in a few weeks.
Well I decided to take the chance and upgrade. I was shocked that it went smoothly. It took me about 20 mins total. Only thing I had to do was reinstall appworld and facebook. What a difference so far. Everything is alot faster and the new text window looking like a aol messenger window is cool. So far so good! Good luck to everyone else.
