I got App Error 552 on my Black Berry Storm tonight and now my phone just keeps restarting. Is there a master reset button on this hunk of crap phone or do i just need to break out my own personal reset key from the garage?

This solution helped in getting me back to being able to use my phone but not it is reset all the way back to where is looks like it is programmed with windows 1.0. All icons are in the old DOS based view. Nothing like what it should look like
