App World Won't Install after 5.0 upgrade

First time post. Just upgraded my OS to 5.0 everything seemed to be working fine, but I am not able to install BB App World. I keep getting the following message. "Uncaught exception: Missing resource net.rim.device.apps.internal.appstore.resource.BlackBerryAppStore" Has anyone else had the same problem?  Need Help!

Hi,

Try to resend your service books and then pull your battery to restart your device.  See if that helps.

Sure,

To resend your service book, on your device, go to Email Settings and open it.  You will then press the Menu Key and select Service Books.  Then you will see the option to Send Service Book.  See if that clears up some of the problems.  Then pull the battery and refresh your device.

When I go to Email Settings and click Menu, there is no option for me to resend service folders. 

Am I doing something wrong?

Nevermind... I just took the battery out and it worked!!  Thanks for the knowledge!
