I have a Motorola H700 handset for my BB 8830 and it has been working fine for a while. All of a sudden it stopped picking up my voice. If I hold it right in front of my mouth I can be heard, otherwise nothing. Has anyone ran into this problem and how did you overcome it? What is the best way of going about warranty on these items, go back to the Verizon Wireless shop?
