BB Storm 2: VCAST Apps Error 'Unable to verify your account information'

Just upgraded to BB Storm 2 and keep getting error message "Unable to verify your account information. Please call Customer Service" when accessing VCAST Apps. Called customer service but could not resolve problem. Any ideas on how to fix this?
