BB Storm Locked Up

2 year old has pushed some combination of numbers that has locked up my 2 month old BB Storm.  Devise will not turn on or off.  None of the command buttons respond.  Screen will occasionally display small watch face with spinning hand.  

Took the battery out & reinstalled-no change.  Is there a reset button?

You can reset the phone back to default settings or clear out the phone (earse's things). Usuaully you go to settings-->phone settings-->Security-->Default last 4 digits of your phone number. If that does not fix it then you most likely will need to do warranty exchange.
