BB Storm2 9550 Ringtones for Phone and Alarm

Issue where the ringtone for phone and alarm play a different ringtone than what I have saved to play.  I have the latest device and application software and I have pulled the battery.

Hi,

Look at your phone's current setting under Sounds.  By default, it is usually set for Normal.  If you selected Edit Profiles and selected Normal, you can change any of the sounds under Normal profile.  If you set your phone, say to loud, then you would have to go back and edit profile>Loud and save the settings under that profile.  You have to manually change each profile's settings...changes do not carry over from one sound profile to another.
