BB Tour 9630- Visual Voicemail Password entry issue

I just had to re-load everything onto to my BB this past Friday. Everything works great, except that I can't type any letters into the password field for Visual Voicemail, it is stuck on number entry and won't let me shift. HELP!!

Admin, please delete this topic. I realised this morning that the voicemail password is all numbers, Sorry if I wasted anyone's time.
