It asked me if I wanted it to connect to my number [or something like that] and I said no. Which was **bleep** of me because now it won't work at all. I've tried un-installing it and re-installing it again and again and again, and it still doesn't work. Is there anything I can do to fix it?
Did you sign up/enroll with the $14.99 V CAST Music with Rhapsody subscription? Or, are you using the software without the subscription for syncing music?
The subscription service requires you to sign in with your username (10 digit mobile number) with your My Verizon password to the Rhapsody server. You can either enable this automatically upon opening Rhapsody or click the sign-in button.

Also, you must first install the device driver for your phone before installing Rhapsody. Click here to get the driver.
If that doesn't work, then contact technical support from a different phone, have yours and your PC with you, at 800-922-0204 or *611 from a different VZW mobile.
