BB Tour will not receive picture text. PLEASE HELP!!!

Does anyone know if there is something I can change on my phone so I can receive picture text?  I have had people tell me that they have send me a picture in a text and I never receive them.  Please help.

Hi,

I know that there is a limit to the size of the file (picture) that can be sent or received on a Verizon device.  I believe it is 3mb.  You can check to see if you can send or receive files by sending yourself a small (<500kb) file attached to a MMS.  That would be my guess at this point.

It could also be a signal issue. Try to update your roaming capabilities by dialing *228 then selecting option 2.

Also, if you can't access the web also it may be due to you have the mobile network cut off through the manage options feature since mms rely on data and having that option cut off makes your phone unable to recieve data.
