Backup Assistant

I just got a used Q10 activated last night and I did a backup on the backup assistant on my older BB before I switched over.  I can't find the backup assistant anywhere on the one I just got.  Is there anywhere I can download this app or another way to import all of my contacts?  I'm lost without it!  I appreciate anything you can offer.

It has the BBM contacts but nothing for the Verizon Backup Assistant.  Thanks

Thanks again.  I had already tried that and I also looked under all of the available Verizon apps.  I can't find it anywhere.
