Do the batteries suddenly go from a 3-day charge to a 3-hour charge? Is it time to buy a new battery?

Yes, I am having that problem now and I went to start and the gentleman there told with the discount that would be $38. Why, Don't we pay enough with these two problems and monthly extra fees to include insurance and they want to charge for battery. I wonder to the other company charge for battery. I will find out in a few months.

Hi radissondr,
It's unfortunate your battery is no longer holding a charge. The battery has a 1 year warranty from the original date of purchase. Unless you selected the Total Equipment Coverage, which provides a warranty for 2 years. Based on the description of your in store experience, it seems as if you are outside of the allotted warranty. I would be happy to explore your available options. Please PM me your wireless number. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
