Yesterday, phone worked normally. This morning when trying to turn on phone, nothing. Solid red light for about 20 sec, but blank black screen, no power appearing to get to it. Then connected it to my computer, hoping to get something, and after the solid red light, I got a small battery symbol with blue lightening bolt in the center. Any ideas?
BTW .. Blackberry Storm is the phone.
Either the battery is no good or does not recognise it! I had a Blackberry Pearl, that did the same thing.
Take your phone to your local Verizon store. Someone can test the phone there for you. Like pop a new battery in the phone...etc
