My BB Storm sound profiles are not working properly.. When I choose "phone calls only", I still get my other alerts. I do not want to hear them when I am sleeping. This feature worked with my Storm 1 but is not working with the Storm 2. Help.

Go into the Edit mode for that profile and check each setting. It's possible it may not be set like it is supposed to be set. Then save...or you could always make a custom profile like you want. Anyway, probably just a software glitch.

For night, push clock icon and then BB Menu, push Enter Bedside Mode. This lowers light and turns off any sounds. I have a charge cradle I put mine in, available at Amazon for under $15 original BB charging cradle.
I have custom tones for all my alerts. Is this a glitch with all Storm 2's?
