Can someone assist me please. Wlhile I was in the United States of America, I purchase a unlocked BlackBerry Storm. When i reached home in the Carribean and went to my service provider, they was able to set me up, however the Black Berry email setup fails due to someone name is already registered under the same pin number. So no i can't set anything up with my phone and moneys has already been spent and I am out of the United States. Please someone help me or stir me in the right directiong.

Sounds like the device was used by someone else.

 

You have two options. 1. Contact the person you bought it from and see if they can delete their BIS account. 2. Contact VZW customer care (tech support) and see if they can / will remove the existing account.
