BlackBerry 8530 contacts caller ID problem

My 8530 will not register who is exactly calling even if they are in my contacts...it gives me the # of the caller but not the name.  I want the names of contacts to show up - not their number. Not sure if there's a fix for this but I had the 8330 and it worked just fine. Thanks.

I found a possible fix for you problem.  Go to the Crackberry forums to this thread and see if the fix works for you.
