Need help unlocking keyboard. All I can get is my own personal info and the screen that saysKeypad is locked. I press the * key and enter key as directed, but nothing different happens.
Isn't it * and then SEND to unlock? I don't remember it being different for the 8830.
To unlock the Blackberry Curve 8330 you will need to press * and then "send". If this solution resolves your issue please mark as solved. Thanks!
