I have a BlackBerry tour and have downloaded several things in the past from Blackberry App World. Recently though, after I log in and select an app to download I get a message saying, "_______ is not available for download from BlackBerry App World." It does this for everything..free apps, pay apps, even for the BlackBerry App World update.
Can someone please help! There are several things I want to download. I've tried removing my battery to reset the device, but that didn't make a difference.
You may have to delete Blackberry App World, pull the battery to reboot, and then reinstall App World to get the problem fixed. Give that a try and see if you can log in after reinstalling.

I recommend doing a soft reset, which can be completed by removing the battery and placing it back on. If you are still encountering this problem, please uninstall the application and reinstall using the directions provided at the link below:

I am having the same problem with both of my 9650's since the upgrade. I get the same message and have tried the previous suggestions to no success.
I am still unable to download any apps through App World.
I've tried both a soft reset and a uninstalling and re-installing App world and I'm still having the same problems. PLEASE HELP!!!!
First of all, I have not had this problem, but want to throw out my "have you tried this" suggestion. Have you tried to log in to BB Appworld from BB.com and sync with your BB? Don't know if it would work, but worth a try.
