I signed up A prepaid Account with a bold 9930 yesterday. It won't access BIS, and the web BIS portal says BIS is suspended or deactivated. Tech support on the telephone wont help me, my bb pin is [removed], mobile no is [removed]. Ive used BB with prepaid before on vzw and it worked fine. Please help me.
