***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. BlackBerry Bold Won't Access BIS

I signed up A prepaid Account with a bold 9930 yesterday.  It won't access BIS, and the web BIS portal says BIS is suspended or deactivated.  Tech support on the telephone wont help me, my bb pin is [removed], mobile no is [removed].  Ive used BB with prepaid before on vzw and it worked fine.  Please help me.
