After about a week of having my phone, I saw a notification on my laptop indicating a USB Hub Port power surge. I can still power my phone, but I cannot look at files on it. A temporary fix of uninstalling works, but once I plug it back in, it breaks again. Can I get help for this please? (I'm hoping an update might be able to).
