Blackberry 8830

I have had three 8830's after about six months, the pause hour glass starts to appear and put the whole system on hold.  Tech support says, reboot by removing the battery.  That becomes an every 30 minute reboot.  Then with the hour glass in rotation I miss calls that come in.

Is there any solution or is it time to leave Blackberry.  The 8830 sucks

Well to start off, the 8830 is several years old and was replaced by the Tour which was then replaced by the Bold.  They just recently took the 8830 off of the website along with the Kin's thankfully.  Both the Tour and the World Edition are not good phones but I believe the Bold is and I am going to upgrade to that to replace my Tour.
