I have had nothing but problems with this Blackberry 9530 DUMBPHONE, because it is DUMB. What a piece of crap. I had 5.0 download problems and now I can't use the phone part because the touch screen won't make contact. I can highlight my app., but it won't enter. I try to find someplace that I can have an IM chat with Verizon, there is no such place. I can't call support, because my touch screen won't let me. MY INTERNET STILL WORKS and I can't get to them. Not even an E-mail, because it's not in service right now. Verizon meets you at the door to sell you there junk, but make you stand inline to get it fixed. I'm an Electronics Engineer for 37 years and never have seen such junk. I should still be with Notel or Nexy for short. Never had the problems I'm having now with them. If there is a Verizon Moderator reading this, it's time to read my data that I put down to log in and contact me ASAP. Do what's right and SUPPORT your junk.

Can you tell me what the OS is that you are running on your "DUMB phone"?
