I canot turn my cell phone ringer back on? I have tried everything and taken to the VZW store.

Try doing a soft reset on the device then adjust the ringer. Steps for both methods are provided below.

  • Using the notch, lift then remove the battery cover.
     
  • Remove the battery.
     
  • Re-insert the battery.
    Note Ensure that connectors on the battery align with the connectors on the device.
     
  • Replace the battery cover.
    Note Press in on the battery cover (where the notch is located) until it clicks into place.


 Ringer

 

  • Tap Sounds to highlight and press screen to select
    Scroll to profile of choice.
  • Normal
  • Loud
  • Medium
  • Vibrate Only
  • Silent
  • Phone Calls Only
  • All Alerts Off
