Purchased and downloaded new ringtone but can't find it on my phone. Need help with finding and using it!

Hi Karen13,
To access your downloaded ringtone, it is recommend you download VZW Tones Deluxe to your device. Please use the steps The application can be located in the App Center folder on the device.
1. Select the VZW Tones Deluxe or V CAST Tones icon on the device.
2. Select I Agree at the bottom of the BlackBerry Virtual Preload Agreement page.
3. Select download.
4. After download is complete, launch the application.
5. If not found on the home screen, launch the application center folder by selecting/pressing on the App Center icon.
6. Select the application from the application center to download to the device.
