Blackberry Bold 9650 - Voice Mail doesn't Pickup

Incoming calls after the appropriate number of rings don't go to voicemail as they should.The caller will hear a continous beep, beep, beep sound and can't leave a message. Can anyone shed some light on this?

Are you using Verizon's standard voicemail? IF so, what happens when you call *86?  Are yo able to access your voicemail?

If you are using Visual Voicemail or You Mail or another voicemail, try disabling it and using just the standard voicemail.

If none of this works, call customer service (800-922-0204 or *611 from your phone) and have them check to see if it is set up properly on their end.  It may just need a simple reset.

Thanks for the solution..but this didn't solve the issue. I'm not visual voicemail or other 3rd party apps. It's like voicemail not picking up

Have you called customer service so they can check it on their end?  Is call forwarding set up, by any chance?  To disable any call forwarding that may be in place, dial *73, wait for a confirmation tone, then end the call.

That fixes the problem!! Never used call forwarding but it must have glitched.
