I got my Blackberry Desktop Manager's OS upgraded to v5.0.1, (BDM asked if want to upgrade) so I did. Now new videos and new pictures I download to my computer, do not show up in Roxio Media. I have to "drag and drop" videos and pictures into Roxio Media to make it work properly. Roxio Media is "part" of Blackberry Desktop Manager, so I cannot really do anything about it. I had the same problem when I installed a anti-virus program into computer, (OS was v5.9) I uninstalled BDM, disabled anti-virus, and reinstalled BDM, then Roxio worked again. (My computer is Windows Vista 32) Now if I have to uninstall and reinstall BDM, everytime Desktop Manager's OS is updated, I'll stick to "drag and drop" videos to Roxio, unless there is a "patch" for Roxio Media. I don't know if upgrading Roxio Media will solve the problem. Any ideas will be apprieciated.
