I was chatting with a friend on BB Messenger this morning and it was working fine. Now I am trying to get back into it to chat some more, and my phone freezes up when I do this. If I shut off and turn back on the device an error message pops up that says the BB messenger action (with a bunch of numbers and letters in it) was not responding and the application was terminated. Is anyone else having this issue? And how do I get it to stop so I can use the messenger again?

Try a battery pull and let the device reset. That should fix your problem.
