I'm kind of curious to know if Verizon will be crediting back the, at least, day that my Blackberry has been useless to me. If I wanted a phone that only had text and call capability I'd still be carrying a **bleep** flip phone. Customer service can't provide an answer as to when service will be back up either, so I have to carry my **bleep** laptop with me wherever I go right now. This is ridiculous!
If the outage affected your business, you should call Customer Service and perhaps a credit or some other solution could be found. That would be my suggestion.
