Blackberry Problems

Is Verizon planning on doing anything about Blackberry problems that are starting to affect blackberries here in USA?

Ours actually started failing last week.

Any type of exchange programs or upgrade offers in the forecast?

PLEASE do something NOW Verizon. We need our phones...you need the customers.

Actually, the issue isn't a Verizon, ATT or any other carrier's issue, RiM, the creators of Blackberry is having issues. Their servers are crashing

I had issues for one day...things seem to be back in order now. And Kirin is right, it's not Verizon's issue, it's RIM.

A few hours or a few days of interrupted service is NOT enough to make me leave any one carrier, or give up my Blackberry. Annoying, yes; inconvenient, yes - and if the problem recurs or cannot be resolved then RIM should consider some action other than simply restoring service.

For now, service has been restored and I'm keeping my BB.
