Blackberry Q10

Ihave a blackberry Q10 and I. hate it. My mom has an LG Lucid. Not sure if it's a Lucid or L2. Her phone has VZ nav which I like. My phone has a nav but I don't like it at all. Basically, her phone has apps I prefer. We want to switch phones. I'm sure it wouldn't be hard but is there any concerns or problems I might face. Tech speaking.

Terrific question, MDerks01! Although I'm sorry you're not happy with your current device, the only tech challenges you may face by moving from a device with BlackBerry OS to an Android OS is the difference in appearance and device options. First, the LG device would need to be programed and activated on your line. If you have authorization to make changes on your line (http://vz.to/1boBeBE), you can activate it yourself or I can help. Let me know if I can help!
