I recently tried resetting my phone by taking out the battery and replacing it. Now the phone keeps cycling from a black screen to a white screen and has the error message: JVM :smileytongue:Fault.  Any suggestions?

Have you tried pulling the battery again and waiting maybe 3 minutes before re installing it? Otherwise you are looking at re installing the OS. What OS were you using when this happened?

DaveATW, this issue requires to install the software back on the device. To resolve this issue on a computer running Windows®, perform a clean reload of the BlackBerry® Device Software on the BlackBerry® smartphone using the application loader tool.
