HELP ! For the last couple of months, ever since i preformed a back up, restore and software updates on my Storm, when i dial 411, i hear, instead of city and state, your feature update can not be completed, if you feel you have reached this recording in error please dial your # again, 12 switch to(2) -45 ? Not sure if its to or 2. Some non sense like that. Did a security swipe, after spending several hrs on the phone with a rep. and it went back to working, for a min. Now im right back where i started from ! Has anyone else had this problem ?
You need to call Customer Service they need to check various items to see what might be causing this block. It could in fact be a block...
You could dial 1800-Goog411 instead.
Try this
Hit the Green phone button - then hit the menu key and select options -> Fine the General Options --> change the Restrict My Identity to Never and then save it.
Try this, I was able to reproduce this on Verizon network using BlackBerry.
