Blackberry Storm Software Update Gone Wrong

I recently tried to update the software on my blackberry storm 9530 and after the process of downloading it automatically with my computer to my phone, the software was unable to install on either my PC or my Blackberry device, I'm not sure. 

Now when i power on my phone it goes through the loading process but stops at a screen which says "Reload Software: 507" is there any way to do a hard reset and completely restart my phone or does anyone know how i could fix this issue? Thanks!!!
