Does anyone have any suggestions - recently my Blackberry Tour 9630 has decreased the caller volume. I've got the audio (yellow) bars maxed up to the top. The speaker button works fine - just not the regular caller audio. Any suggestions?

Welcome to the forums. You can try to adjust your volume while you are actually in a telephone call. Call someone and tell them what you are doing or call your voicemail. Sometimes it can be accidentally decreased while you are in a call from your hand placement on the device without you knowing it. Let me know if this helps.
