Frequently I use an audio/media product--internet radio, camera, video and either the phone gets a call or a text, my phone locks up.
50% of the time, I power down and the phone comes back to me, the other 50% I have to remove the battery. I've installed the quickpull software & no avail, and I've been on the phone with Tech support 3 times and they are clueless.
Should I return this & drop the plan altogether? What's the point of paying $120/mo with all the fees etc if the **bleep** thing isn't stable?
Any suggestions?
