Blackberry Tour Ringtone Problems

My phone will not ring!!! When I go into my ringtones it says they are disabled.  It's the ones I have loaded and the ones that came on the phone. I can't use any of them!!  Anyone have any clue how to fix it?  I have had this phone a little over a month and I am not a fan!!!!!!

What is your profile set to?  If it is set to silent it will not ring no matter what your default ring tone is set to.  I would switch to normal and go through and set your ring tone options from there.  Also did you try to do the battery pull on the phone to reset it?

If you use the normal or loud profile and still experiencing the same issue, a battery pull should resolve your issue. Especially if you have not powered off your device in a while.
